The music around the melody pool was excessively loud. It was difficult to relax in that area.

i found the hotel spotlessly clean. every staff member worked very hard. they were always pleasant and friendly. they took time for a little chat. room size was really good. it was filled daily with water and amenities. food was amazing!!! i loved the asian restaurant. snack bar food was lovely. the bakery was a fantastic place. fresh coffee was there too.

The staff members were friendly. Every one seemed ready to assist. The pools were very clean! and there were always attendants around. I liked that the rooms were large. Housekeeping cleaned them daily.
The restaurants were repeatable. The food was tasty, but I was happy to only have a short stay. It was difficult getting sunbeds, unless you tip the lifeguard every day. This was frustrating. I found the evening entertainment to be poor.

The resort has many swimming pools and lots of restaurants I had so many choices. Pools were amazing! There were many pools. There is even a big aqua park. The hotel provides free transfers to the beach. I enjoyed using all three resorts.
The WiFi was sometimes slow by the pool. It briefly disconnected a couple times.
