The room was super clean. The beds were comfortable I liked the variety of pools available some were even heated. There was much to do on the hotel.

the staff was friendly and always willing to help. i liked this.
the food quality was bad. it was like i ate the same thing every day and it lacked flavor. the wifi connection was poor too.

The hotel grounds were spacious, incorporating shared areas with nearby hotels. I liked the self-service restaurant options offered. Heated pools were a definite plus, along with the water slides and animation programs. This resort offers excellent value for families.
The music around the melody pool was excessively loud. It was difficult to relax in that area.

super clean cleanliness friendly staff good room size fantastic bakery
i found the hotel spotlessly clean. every staff member worked very hard. they were always pleasant and friendly. they took time for a little chat. room size was really good. it was filled daily with water and amenities. food was amazing!!! i loved the asian restaurant. snack bar food was lovely. the bakery was a fantastic place. fresh coffee was there too.

The staff members were friendly. Every one seemed ready to assist. The pools were very clean! and there were always attendants around. I liked that the rooms were large. Housekeeping cleaned them daily.
The restaurants were repeatable. The food was tasty, but I was happy to only have a short stay. It was difficult getting sunbeds, unless you tip the lifeguard every day. This was frustrating. I found the evening entertainment to be poor.

Aqua Blu is Fantastic
amazing pools many restaurants big aqua park free transfer
The resort has many swimming pools and lots of restaurants I had so many choices. Pools were amazing! There were many pools. There is even a big aqua park. The hotel provides free transfers to the beach. I enjoyed using all three resorts.
The WiFi was sometimes slow by the pool. It briefly disconnected a couple times.

lovely food spacious room great bathroom helpful staff
I enjoyed the food it was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great bathroom. The staff were attentive and helpful. I liked the number of bars and restaurants to chose from plus shops taxis and excursions.
